The basic rationale behind the work of the Center starts with the development of the skills of the trainees in a bid to correct concepts and change the intellectual trends regarding the history of Arabic culture, civilization and arts of Egypt. The Center is, likewise, concerned with presenting accurate issues on the Arab world historically, politically, economically, and intellectually.
The FLC is concerned with preparing, planning, implementing and supervising the Arabic language teaching courses for the non-native speakers.
